**Job Title:** Account Growth StrategistWe are seeking a skilled Account Growth Strategist to lead client engagement, drive account expansion, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.The ideal candidate will possess a consultative approach, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in marketing or creative services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic client relationships
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Create account plans, monitor performance, and present key insights
  • Proactively manage issues and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Identify and propose upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate on project timelines using tools like ClickUp and Instagantt
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in relationship or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industries
  • Strong understanding of marketing services and industry trends
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts
  • Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value
