Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Strategist to drive strategic growth initiatives and develop new business opportunities in the German market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the German market, a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors.

The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive business strategy, identifying and prioritizing target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve company objectives.

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Serve as primary contact for prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive value.

The successful candidate will be agile, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required, and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events is necessary.
