Job Role:

The primary function of an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while providing support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting via email, researching target accounts, and qualifying leads.

This position requires collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to pipeline growth.

Required Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting
  • Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive
  • Experience with email sequencing/personalization tools, calendar scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and basic data enrichment platforms preferred
