The Lead Generation Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Research: Conduct thorough research on potential leads, using various channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  2. Lead Qualification and Engagement: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  3. Product Knowledge and Communication: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's offerings, and use this knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  4. CRM Management and Follow-up: Record and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system, and ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  5. Lead Nurturing and Sales Handoff: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information, and coordinate with our sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement, and prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
