Strategic Transformation Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business transformation and change initiatives. The role will lead the development of strategic plans, identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and guide cross-functional teams in executing these strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategic roadmap for business transformation.
  • Establish strategic priorities and objectives for business transformation, new business incubation, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and business models to drive innovation and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive business plans, including strategic goals, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and industry experts.
  • Proactively identify and assess strategic risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and measure impact.
  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on business transformation, innovation, and organizational change.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive work experience in leading strategic initiatives, business transformation, or business development.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex strategic issues and opportunities.
