Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our client's team. This role is focused on engaging leads, taking notes, following up consistently, and driving conversations forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to leads, follow up regularly, and maintain detailed notes of conversations.
  • Use scripts effectively while also adapting in real-time conversations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Build rapport with leads through engaging and confident communication.
  • Track and update lead information accurately using client tools (Toast platform).
  • Support the sales process by ensuring no opportunity is missed.
