Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial processes, performing bank and account reconciliations, and conducting cash flow analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring liquidity and financial stability, supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, and maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can align financial management with company goals. The individual should possess excellent leadership and team management abilities, as well as exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3-5+ years of related experience

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
