Strategic Financial Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to oversee our company's financial operations. As Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring the long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with our business strategy.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
