Customer Support Agent Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process user management requests within set timeframes

  • Escalate issues to the Shared UM Team Lead when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in User Management or Data Entry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English at all levels
