IT Support Team Manager

The IT Support Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of Technical Support Representatives in providing excellent support to our users. This role requires effective time management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of Technical Support Representatives, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a Technical Support environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, as well as multiple integration paths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
