Customer Service Representative

About This Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients.
  • Responsibilities also include responding to emails and text inquiries, scheduling jobs and assigning them to the appropriate field staff, managing CRM and lead pipeline, and updating job statuses and customer information in our system.
  • You will also be responsible for creating and posting regular updates on social media platforms, supporting potential expansion into new markets, and promoting our business's online presence.

Requirements:

  • You must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience handling customer calls is essential.
  • You should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as be comfortable learning and using various software platforms.
  • A tech-savvy individual with good knowledge of modern software tools is required.
  • Experience in social media content management is also necessary.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you must be able to work independently and proactively, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
