Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing clear and accurate communication across both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers via phone or email.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center role.
