The role of the Graduate HR Generalist is to provide expert human resources support to a dynamic and growing team in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive HR support by addressing team members' queries and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts.
  • Maintain our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring precision, timeliness, and accuracy in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
  • Lead global projects, such as engagement, training, or culture initiatives, that drive business outcomes and enhance the overall work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to develop and implement effective HR processes, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of academic excellence from high school and graduate studies.
  • Internship experience working in an HR/People team is highly desirable, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
