Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Partner Success leader to drive the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC. This role will involve defining and executing a partner success strategy, leading onboarding and enablement, and driving adoption of new products and features.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a partner success strategy that maximizes partner satisfaction, drives adoption of additional travel products, and increases overall revenue performance.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, providing education and support to ensure successful integration with our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Use data analytics to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and inform data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English (required).
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or working with Korean clients or partners is a strong plus.
