Job Overview
As a Roving Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and revenue growth of Premiumbikes Corporation's motorcycle retail business. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve monthly financial targets, implementing effective credit investigation and collection policies, and ensuring the efficient management of branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase motorcycle sales and service shop income.
  • Implement and monitor credit investigation and collection policies to maintain a high-quality portfolio and minimize risk.
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory control, fixed assets, equipment, office supplies, and petty cash.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of loan folders and documents to support on-time booking and payment of accounts.
  • Implement customer management programs, including satisfaction surveys, complaint processing, and store image management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promote a positive store image, and improve productivity.
