The Role

We are seeking a talented Business Banking Sales Officer – Broker Channel to join our team. In this role, you will sell the Bank's MSME products through various broker groups within the Bank, ensuring proper execution, pre-screening/KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers' clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sell MSME products to meet monthly sales targets.
  2. Implement marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and other campaigns.
  3. Provide regular updates to partners regarding their performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround time.
  4. Conduct product training, orientation, or refreshers to the brokers.
  5. Make sales calls on own leads or broker leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  2. You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  3. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  4. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  5. You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
  6. Years of Work Experience: 1 - 5 Years
  7. Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree.
