Job Summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of District Sales Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving 100% district sales target, expanding district assignment by increasing the number of buying accounts, implementing product mix selling of both manufactured & distributed products through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% district sales target
  • Expand district assignment by increasing the number of buying accounts
  • Implement product mix selling of both manufactured & distributed products
  • Foster long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Graduate of any Four year's course
  • At least two (2) years supervisory experience in Marketing / Brand or Sales environment
  • Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores)
  • Ability to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
  • Full-time field works and ability to drive
