District Sales Manager

The District Sales Supervisor reports directly to the [Manager's Name]. Key responsibilities include:
• Achieving 100% of district sales targets
• Expanding district assignments by increasing the number of buying accounts
• Implementing product mix selling through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships
• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• A bachelor's degree from any four-year course
• Prior experience in construction-related products can be an advantage
• Knowledgeable with a wide range of clients in the general trade (hardware stores) is an advantage
• Ability to handle existing accounts and create or open new ones
• Willingness to work full-time in the field and possess driving skills
• At least two years of supervisory experience in marketing/brand or sales environment is preferred
