Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team in JT International (Philippines), Inc. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth in their assigned territory through effective strategy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies that address the needs of the business and support the delivery of the territory KPI's.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade partners, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Lead the development and implementation of campaigns and programs that drive consumer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal deployment of program tools and materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing / Business / Communications - related courses
  • At least 2-3 years experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagement or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience preferably from an FMCG company.
