- Work closely with other departments to resolve disputed claims or debits

- Prepare monthly metric reports and field credit reports
Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree in Business or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or claims processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
