Job Opportunity for Renewable Energy Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using our SaaS solutions in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and prioritize incoming technical support calls from customers;
  • Assess and troubleshoot technical issues related to platform, data flows, networking, and communication failures;
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that require collaboration with internal teams;
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and provide timely updates to customers;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their technical concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Renewable/Communication/Data Engineering preferred);
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role; preferably in the renewable energy industry or operations & maintenance (O&M);
  • Proficiency in CRM/Ticketing systems, software proficiency, database knowledge, cloud computing, computer networking expertise, and troubleshooting skills.
