Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards for innovative building projects by collaborating with clients, MEP/FP/IT design teams, and other consultants.
  • Prepare energy compliance reports using industry-standard tools such as COMcheck, California Title 24/EnergyPro, Energy Gauge, Seattle/Washington State, and ASHRAE forms.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve engineering problems using industry calculations and principles.
  • Develop documentation for LEED and WELL projects while prioritizing green building goals.

The Role Overview:
  • Compensation: Up to ₱100,000 Base
  • Schedule: Night Shift (12 AM–9 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: WFH (5 days WFH)
  • Reports to: Energy Compliance Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Two or more years of energy design experience with an MEP/FP engineering consultant.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with energy calculations, ability to obtain LEED BD+C or ID+C credentials, proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft 360, and knowledge of MEP engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Capacity to work independently in fast-paced environments with a focus on efficiency.
