We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth through effective technical support.
About the Role:
- Provide timely and friendly customer support via multiple channels, ensuring seamless interactions and problem resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately to improve knowledge base and support efficiency.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers' inquiries.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
- Evaluate and enhance our customer support system to better serve customers and drive business success.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for common customer queries and issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic grammar skills and average typing speed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
