We're looking for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-value leads for our sales team. You'll leverage your expertise in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage outreach, track engagement, and ensure seamless handoffs to account executives.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to identify and research prospects across target industries.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track engagement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities.
  • Presentation: Communicate the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools.
  • Campaign Alignment: Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • KPIs: Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and CRM usage.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential B2B clients.
  • Customer Feedback: Capture and report customer feedback to inform future outreach strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles

Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs; Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent); Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills; Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems; Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
