About the role

Join the dynamic team at Mary Roche' Marketing as a full-time Medical Sales Representative based in San Fernando City La Union. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products to healthcare professionals, ensuring their needs are met and maximizing sales growth for the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engaging with healthcare providers, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to understand their product requirements and provide tailored solutions
  2. Effectively presenting and demonstrating our product portfolio, highlighting the unique features and benefits to drive sales
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels to support sales forecasting and strategic decision-making
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
  5. Attending conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network, gather market intelligence, and identify new sales opportunities
  6. Providing excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a diverse range of healthcare professionals
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales
  4. Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, compliance, and industry trends
  5. Degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare, or business, is preferred
  6. Willingness to travel within the local region to visit customers and attend events
