As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by prospecting, qualifying leads and building the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails and social platforms to engage potential clients.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in the CRM system to track progress and optimize results.
- Research target markets and identify new opportunities to expand our reach.
- Support the Business Development Manager in preparing sales presentations and reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
- Help manage client relationships and facilitate smooth hand-offs to drive long-term success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications is preferred.
- One year of experience in sales, lead generation or customer service roles is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A self-starter with a goal-driven mindset and strong work ethic is ideal to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Apollo is required to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- A basic understanding of the sales funnel and B2B sales process is necessary to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
