Sales Growth Representative

This role involves driving business growth by developing and executing a sales strategy to acquire new clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through cold calls, email outreach, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities- Drive outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential customers
- Qualify leads and set appointments with our senior sales team
- Work from a clear lead list and follow a proven outreach process tailored to meet the needs of business decision-makers
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation roles
- Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with business owners and stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close to manage sales interactions
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- A quiet and comfortable working environment with a reliable internet connection and suitable hardware
