Business Development Representative

This position involves engaging with potential clients to promote and sell ERP/HR software solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling and email outreach.
  • Qualifying leads to determine their suitability for our ERP solutions.
  • Developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to build trust and understanding of their business needs.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in lead generation or a sales role.
  • A background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, especially inside sales or lead gen experience in ERP/HR software solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or lead gen, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with business software, cloud-based systems, and ERP solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
