Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our disaster relief team as Customer Service Representatives. This is a temporary, remote position that requires the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations. They will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, learning common requests and solutions, and improving the customer's experience.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Have a typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Have basic understanding of Windows OS
- Be highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Have ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
