Disaster Response Agent

We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Develop a deep understanding of common requests and solutions
- Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Utilize our service techniques and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels to ensure prompt resolution
Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
Qualifications:- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your team and customers
- Showcase ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
