
Disaster Response Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support during times of crisis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
As a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals affected by disasters. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief efforts. Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis and will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.

- Work Collaboratively: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
