Key Account Strategist

This is a vital role within our organization, responsible for managing and fostering a portfolio of key accounts, building trust and aligning solutions with customer objectives.

The Key Account Strategist will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and respond to inquiries through various communication platforms. They will provide effective solutions based on customer needs and requests, including sales forecasting, performance analysis, and market insights to guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field and at least 3 years' proven experience in account management or sales. They will also possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and networking skills, and analytical and organizational abilities.
