Human Resources Specialist Job Description

This role supports the Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment. The successful candidate will work as an individual contributor with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk, providing timely and accurate customer service following defined processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients regarding HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules in the SuccessFactors system.
  • Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations.
  • Organize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer skills, particularly with MS-Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Shared Services environments is essential, along with strong technical and analytical skills.

  • Basic Requirements:
  • Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experiences.
  • Possess good telephone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
