We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team in the APAC region.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to offer their expertise and contribute to the development of an HR function for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR support by answering team members' questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain our HR information system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing all team member changes and new joiners.
  • Owning global projects (e.g. engagement, training or culture initiatives) to drive business results and improve employee experience.
  • Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes and drive the people strategy for your areas of responsibility.
  • Work as a truly global partner to colleagues, especially leads, managers and executives, to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals.
  • Process new hires, including country-specific on-boarding documentation, creation of files, systems set-up, and coordination of introductory reviews.
  • Support employees with enrollment and processing of benefits and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate data provision.
  • Liaise with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Create purchase orders for internal departments to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide administrative support to employees for benefits enrollment and processing.
  • Conduct regular audits of employment files and systems to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • A track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
  • Internship experience working in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The ability to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven approach with a clear focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A high level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to easily adapt to change, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
  • The initiative to provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.
