Job Title:

Payroll and Billing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our payroll and billing operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, as well as managing client billing processes across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Operations: Lead payroll processing across AU, US, and other global jurisdictions.
  • Billing Management: Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure payroll and billing compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
  • Employee Experience: Manage payroll queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
  • System Management: Oversee payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare payroll and billing reports for leadership, audits, and compliance reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of payroll and/or billing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of PH and AU billing regulations, tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with payroll and billing systems (ADP, Gusto, Xero, NetSuite, Deel, or similar).
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting, and revenue recognition skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
