
Business Operations Coordinator

This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and fostering effective collaboration within the team. You will provide critical support in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution.
Main Responsibilities- Provide operations support by performing administrative tasks, coordinating efforts, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Contribute to implementing and enhancing operational processes and workflows
- Review internal records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate training sessions for staff members and ensure that training programs are well-structured and effectively communicated
- Manage fortnightly schedules and reports, tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities
- Monitor and manage client conflict resolution efforts, recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring conflicts are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is an asset
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
