This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with third-party vendors within the compliance domain.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure vendor performance and compliance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations / vendor management, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance domain (AML, KYC, ORM, Fraud Investigations or CAMS certification).
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.
