  6. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  7. Evaluate and escalate issues to direct manager or senior leaders when necessary.
  8. Pursue additional projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field. A graduate degree is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, along with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
