The Business Development Representative role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. As a key sales team member, you will develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Responsibilities:- Conduct welcome calls with new clients to build rapport and answer questions.
- Handle objections confidently while emphasizing the product's value proposition.
- Assess client needs and determine the most cost-effective plan.
- Qualify leads and evaluate readiness to proceed with the purchase.
- Manage follow-up communication workflows and check-ins for clients not ready to pay.
- Update Salesforce and other CRM tools with client interactions and status.
- Share client feedback, pain points, and feature requests with internal teams to improve the product and messaging.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience.
- Good communication and writing skills (Email Competency).
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Confident on the phone, able to handle objections from business customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- CRTM system proficiency, e.g. Salesforce, is a bonus.
