Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative with proven outbound sales experience in the managed services industry. This role requires identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments with prospective clients to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles within the small and medium-sized business (SMB) and mid-market sectors using data-driven insights.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our managed IT services to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales within the managed services or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in setting meetings and generating pipeline through cold outreach and relationship-building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with managed services solutions such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and help desk services.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
