We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to spearhead the growth of our outsourcing and offshore staffing services. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional with a knack for B2B consultative sales and a passion for helping businesses scale smarter.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, account management, or solution selling, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client discovery to proposal delivery, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Engaging directly with business owners, executives, and operational leaders to identify workforce gaps and propose scalable offshore solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams (recruitment, operations, legal) to develop tailored staffing strategies aligned with client goals
  • Delivering compelling presentations and proposals outlining pricing models, service scope, and value outcomes
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across industries and maintaining consistent, professional communication
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and proposals using CRM tools
  • Participating in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to drive engagement and build brand presence

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B consultative sales, account development, or business solutioning
  • Prior experience in outsourcing, offshoring, BPO, or recruitment services is highly preferred
  • A proven track record of navigating long sales cycles and engaging senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and strong documentation habits
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
