Job Title: Independent Retail Sales and Network Expansion Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
    • Identify new locations for retail stores and convert existing stations into franchisees
    • Secure partnerships with retailers and ensure operational efficiency
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance to achieve company goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate Degree:
    • A graduate degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • At least 10 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the FMCG or Oil/Gas industry
    • Proven track record of success in sales and management
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and sales skills
