Looking for a Real Estate Representative to fill a sales position. This role involves interacting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and converting them into new business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with real estate agents and brokers, scheduling appointments, and tracking leads through a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects from various sources
  • Engage with interested leads to assess their needs and levels of interest
  • Schedule appointments for real estate professionals
  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide regular reports on engagement efforts
Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative or in a related field
  2. Experience in the Real Estate industry is required
  3. Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Knowledge of current technologies, including desktop sharing and cloud services
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Calendar, and other productivity tools
  7. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
