About the role

Join our dynamic team at Zirconia Inc' as a full-time Customer Sales Representative based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be an integral part of our outbound sales efforts, responsible for engaging with customers and driving sales to support the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, with the aim of generating new business opportunities
  2. Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of Zirconia Inc's products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth
  5. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  6. Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and contribute to the team's overall success

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in outbound sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
  4. Proficient in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  5. Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset
  6. Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry, preferably in the sales domain
