Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our products/services to potential clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Address client objections and concerns to secure new business.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop accurate sales forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- With 2-3 proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
