We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative
with experience in aesthetic devices to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced aesthetic technologies to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, and other healthcare professionals. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Present, promote, and sell aesthetic devices and technologies to medical professionals and clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop strategic account plans and follow up on leads provided by marketing.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and in-office demos to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the aesthetic space.
  • Collaborate with clinical trainers, marketing teams, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the aesthetic, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, technologies, and trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales territory and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
