We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines, working across markets in APAC who will be responsible for driving Cloud Bridge's

growth by generating and qualifying leads.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the front lines, identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and helping businesses transform with AWS.

You'll gain hands-on experience in cloud sales, develop core sales skills, and contribute directly to expanding our presence in the AWS ecosystem.

This is an ideal role if you're looking to build a career in tech sales with clear progression opportunities.

You would be joining a Philippines based growing team

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  2. Identify and engage potential customers through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events).

  3. Research and qualify leads, aligning outreach with industry trends, IT strategies, and business goals.
  4. Generate high-quality sales opportunities, positioning Cloud Bridge and AWS as trusted cloud advisers.

  5. Sales Qualification & Engagement

  6. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, IT infrastructure, and cloud adoption plans.

  7. Qualify leads based on budget, growth potential, and technology needs, ensuring they align with Cloud Bridge's solutions.
  8. Secure meetings for Account Managers & Solution Architects, contributing directly to pipeline growth and revenue impact.

  9. Sales Process & Continuous Improvement

  10. Maintain an organised pipeline in HubSpot, tracking outreach and conversion rates to optimise lead generation efforts.

  11. Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to refine outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and market insights.
  12. Iterate & adapt your approach—top SDRs continuously optimise their messaging, targeting, and outreach techniques.

Essential Skills

  • English language proficiency is mandatory
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B tech/cloud experience a plus).
  • Experience in AWS is required
  • Sales or commercial experience with AWS services is required
  • Tech proficiencies:

  • Hubspot (ideally) or Salesforce

  • Sequence/orchestration workflow like: HS Sequence, Outreach etc
  • Linkedin Navigator and other database (Cognis, apollo etc)
