Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within a designated geographical area, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and promoting our products/services to potential clients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Address client objections and concerns to secure new business.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop accurate sales forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With 2-3 proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
