Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead global payroll processing, ensuring timely compliance with various jurisdictions.
  • Manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Elevate payroll and billing operations by maintaining strict adherence to local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
  • Rapidly address payroll queries and deliver precise, timely resolutions.
  • Ensure seamless reconciliation of payroll and billing data with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of efficient payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to harmonize payroll and billing functions with accounting and business requirements.
  • Generate comprehensive payroll and billing reports for leadership, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and/or billing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PH and AU billing regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to manage payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with leading payroll and billing systems (ADP, Gusto, Xero, NetSuite, Deel, etc.).
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
