We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive our sales initiatives.
- This individual will focus on identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.
The successful candidate will possess experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. They must be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
The ideal candidate will also have a results-oriented mindset, with the ability and experience to meet or exceed targets. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is essential to manage leads and track progress. Additionally, excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are required.
Responsibilities of this role include reviewing all brands that start the sign up process and their profile, welcoming intro calls to new clients, answering any questions they want support with, handling objections, and clarifying value proposition. The representative will also understand client needs and manage expectations, educate those brands on our product, qualify which plan would be most appropriate for the brand/most cost effective, set expectations as to best practice & what the brand will need to do to maximise Tracking, Content, Promotion & Commission, and maintain accurate records and setting up communication flows in Salesforce.
The selected candidate will provide feedback to our internal business on common insights/objections, and continuously improve their knowledge and skills to excel in their role.
